Telephoning the doctor:
The doctors do not generally take phone calls during the surgery. A message will be taken by the receptionist and your call returned.
All appointments are made at 15 minute intervals. Please inform the receptionist if you require a longer appointment. While there may be delays due to emergencies or a busy surgery, every effort shall be made to reduce waiting times when possible. We will always fit in urgent problems.
